Use: "1-2 sprays into each nostril 2-3 times a day. A tingling sensation may occur when using the product, especially if the mucous membranes are inflamed.

Instructions for use:

Tilt your head to the side, gently insert the cap into the nostril and inject for 2-3 seconds.
Repeat the manipulation with the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side.
Children: Wipe the baby's nose with a tissue. Adults: Blow your nose to get rid of discharge.
To prevent the solution from entering the throat, do not rinse the nose with the baby's head tilted back."
